Latest on all Chelsea Transfers

Oh, here we go again. on a complete transfer update report for our favorite EPL club, Chelsea. But first, one question.

Who are the slowest business men on the current transfer market…. the Blues!
That’s right. My neighbor's pet snail currently possesses a faster-attacking power than Chelsea FC of England who doesn't have an attacker at all at the moment.

Down to business and less talk.

Tiemoue Bakayoko

It looks like the Blue have finally beaten Manchester United to the signature of the powerful central midfielder. It was all over the palace yesterday that the Blues would complete the signing of the French Midfield destroyer by Friday, but I took things with a pinch of salt considering all the false news flying around right now about club transfer moves…. there was one about Lukaku already agreeing a deal with Chelsea really opened my eyes to fake news reports.

Well, the Daily Mail, which I trust, reports this fine morning that the Monaco midfielder arrived London just hours ago by private jet and was welcomed at the airport by Chelsea aces, David Luiz and William.

His mission? Putting pen to paper in a deal that would see him move from French Champions, Monaco to English Champions Chelsea. Aren’t that cool?

With Man United’s attempt to hijack the deal by topping Chelsea’s initial bid of 35 million pounds with a bid of 40 million pounds …. the thieves! ….the Blues had to renegotiate the whole thing.
Other news outlets will tell you that Chelsea paid 40 pounds to Monaco for this guy but trust me to tell you the truth. The precise amount was 39.9 million pounds, still a hundred thousand pounds less than United’s offer, and this was made possible by the player's determination to move to Stanford Bridge instead of Old Trafford.

Once the 22-year old French international passes his medical, he will sign a five-year contract and a wage figure will be made known.

Nemanja Matric And Alex Oxlade -Chamberlain

Reporting on their site this fine morning is The Express, and the news is that Arsenal and Chelsea have opened talks for a possible swap deal that would see big Serbian, Nemanja Matric, go one way and speedy winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, go the other way.

Matric is looking to be forced out of Chelsea right now due to the arrival of Tiemoue Bakayoko while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who has one year left on his Arsenal deal has refused to sign a new contract as he is unsure of a constant position in the Gunner's first team.

The swap would be just perfect for the two clubs as 28-year-old Matric would bring a wealth of experience to a youthful Gunner side that struggled last year due to a weak midfield. The 23-year-old fleet footed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, on the other hand, would provide the perfect competition for Nigerian International, Victor Moses.

The Ox was primarily used as a winger by Manager Wenger, he been even deployed in holding midfield but towards the second half of last season when Wenger moved him to right wing back, that was when he really showed his talents.

Surely, Antonio Conte will see the light here and opt for this 23-year-old English speed star rather than a second rate right full back from Real Madrid who Zinedine Zidane blames for every goal the team concedes while he’s on the pitch.
Oxlade-Chamberlain and not Real’s Danilo should be at Chelsea next season.

Hold on, let me go get a cup of coffee, there’s more.

Nathanial Chalobah Leaves Chelsea

The promising midfielder, Nathanial Chalobah, has rejected a bumper pay package of 60,000 pounds a week for a cheap move to Watford.

The lad has obviously grown sick and tired of sitting on a bench with a color blue and want out in his search for first team football. And he is justified in this as he is believed to possess huge potentials as a central midfielder but successive managers have failed to give him time on the pitch and so he has failed to break into the first team despite making a few appearances.

Personally, I would sit on any bench forever given just half the fee this guy was offered.

The Striker Troubles

For sure, Diego Costa is a goner as far as Chelsea is concerned while Romelu Lukaku remains a traitor beyond reach but who in heaven’s name are they lining up to fill the spot? No one knows.

First, it’s Alvaro Morata but the Real Madrid Star has sworn to stay and fight for his spot in the team. Next its Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is being offered by his club on a plate of gold after Chinese super rich club, Tianjin Quanjin pulled out of negotiations yesterday.

All Chelsea has to do is pay 60 million pounds. For the African powerhouse but the delay must come first. Perhaps, Conte has noticed what I and many others have, and that is Aubameyang’s style of play does not suit the current counter attacking Chelsea style.

All fingers of sports experts who understand Chelsea’s style are pointing at Torino’s hitman Andree Balotti as the perfect fit for Chelsea. The 23-year-old Italian international is fast and sharp, good with boot feet and head. But he is currently the most expensive player on the transfer market right now with a staggering 88 million pounds release clause.

The Blues have been silent on the approach and it now looks like AC Millan, rich with cash from their new Chinese owners, are set to make a move on the player. The Itallian giants have already picked up one other expensive Antonio Conte target in the person of Leonardo Bouncci.

Well, that’s it, for now, folks, I got to go on a break but I’ll be right back with more information for you all to enjoy.
