Chelsea trash QPR in secret friendly and Costa Update

The Match

The pair of Hazard and Bakayoko have had to contend with injuries all through preseason and now they have gone into full training, the Blues gave them their first chance to test opportunity at real action this fine afternoon.

The opportunity came in the form of a secret friendly between QPR and Chelsea, a match which was played under heavy this afternoon at the Chelsea's training grounds at Cobbam.

Like my great-grandmother always says, ‘nothing hidden under the sun stays hidden for long’. Reports have popped up on social media just hours to the end of the game and it has it that well and truly embarrassed QPR with an 8-0 thumping.

While the world will never really know all the goal scorers of the game due to its secrecy, which is understandable given the upcoming game with Tottenham on Sunday, rumors’ have it that Eden Hazard had his name down on the scoresheet.

It’s also claimed that Blues youngster, Charly Musonda signed his signature on two goals and an assist during the game. The impressive natural No. 10 youngster seems bent on cutting out a ploace for himself in the Blues first team.

There’s no news of Morata or Batshuayi but we’ll wait and see as more information oozes out of the Blues den.

The game which was used mainly to gauge the fitness levels of superstar players, Bakayoko and Eden Hazard, seems to have pleased Antonio Conte as there is no sign of him giving any speeches about new signings.

Following the embarrassing defeat against Burnley, the Italian will be looking to get back to winning ways against spurs this Sunday.

The Champions fell 3-2 at Stamford Bridge to none other than  Burnley on their opening day match. They were booed right off the field by their own fans.

Antonio Conte will definitely be glad to have one of his major signing and superstar Eden Hazard back at his disposal so soon.

Diego Costa Sega Update

And the saga of Diego Costa and Chelsea is set to rage on like a witch dragging her broom in the mud.

The troublemaker flew to Spain this morning in a bid to force a move to Atletico Madrid despite the fact that the club cannot reach an agreement with Chelsea over a fee or effect a move for him this summer due to their transfer ban.

Though Costa cannot play until January due to Atletico’s transfer ban, they are still looking to do a deal.

The 28-year-old has bluntly refused to go back to Chelsea. He insists on joining Atletico Madrid even if it means a pay cut as the Club certainly cannot pay his beefy wages.

Liverpool and Everton are said to be interested in the play, Everton, in particular, wants him on loan at least. But with a player blindly insisting on joining one club, who will take him.

Diego is just another example of a top-class player killing his career with a bad attitude.
